Here are the photos I took on the way down from the Philosopher’s Path, past Heian Jingu Shrine, to Kyoto City Hall. The whole city is overflowing with cherry blossoms. This is why Kyoto in season is such a joy.

I just wandered wherever my feet took me and snapped away, but Kyoto in season really is wonderful. I’m already looking forward to this autumn.
