Work’s been busy and I’ve got plenty to do on weekends too, so I end up wandering around Tokyo a lot on weeknights. And when you wander, you end up taking photos. Nothing special, but I’m putting them up for the record.

The prices are no joke. Even a quick drink would set you back several thousand yen. Who goes to such a luxurious place, I wonder…
Deguchiya, a liquor shop and wine bar in Nakameguro
This place has a good shochu list. There’s a small bar inside the shop where you can drink wine.
Instead of a full glass, I just order a tasting pour.
The night is still young and there are plenty of places left to go, so I shouldn’t overdo it.
For wine, I went with Burgundy
Hmm… I probably should have just ordered a white or something else. Burgundy is very delicate, so it’s hard to treat as an everyday wine.
