Chiba gets pretty much no coverage in the usual guidebooks, so I dug through Yahoo! Japan’s gourmet listings,
made a note of a place that looked decent, and gave it a try.
The result: a flop. Sigh. Once again I was reminded that the recommendations on those food sites might keep you from
the very worst disasters, but they’re not much help when it comes to finding places that are actually delicious.
It’s not that it had no flavor at all.. it’s just that this level isn’t really good enough to be featured on a foodie site..
