I go to all sorts of bakeries, but sourdough is what I mostly seek out. It’s great as a stand-in for rice.

The bread here definitely has more character than at other shops. Korean-style sourdough all tends to taste pretty similar, but this place feels more American-style, I’d say…

Maybe because I came early today, there was still some bread left. Some days there’s almost nothing, so it’s best to get there early.

They have a variety of things on the menu. Anyway, it’s the kind of bakery I’d love to have near home, but sadly it’s far away.
