I heard there was a good bakery near Songhyeona (the Hyundai Premium Outlet in Songdo), so I went to take a look.

It is a really tiny place, but even somewhere like this turns up in a search. The internet these days is something else.

The twist ciabatta looked good.

There are rolls and there are sandwiches too. Honestly, everything looked good, so it was hard to choose.

I have heard that Songdo gets a lot of fog. It must be because it is right by the sea.

If it were like this every day it might be a bit of a problem, though..

Twist ciabatta

It is long, so they cut it in half for you, and even though it is a ciabatta there is plenty of it and it tastes good. In a way, if you are the sort of person who likes the crust of a ciabatta rather than the crumb, I doubt there is a better bread than this.
