I was walking down the street when I spotted a bakery that looked promising.

A place like this

Very clean and tidy. The name, Ferment, means exactly what it says. I suspect this is a bakery that has thought hard about fermentation above all else.. The problem is that if you spell it slightly differently in the search box, a bakery in Seongsu-dong comes up instead.. Confusing.

Which is to say they are working very hard to make it properly, I suppose.

More breads

These days every neighbourhood you go to has a good bakery.. I feel like from now on I could set off for a neighbourhood I know nothing about with no preparation at all.
