260℃ Bakery is a sourdough specialist, and it blew me away the first time I went. So I stopped by again.

The sourdough I had this time isn’t bad.. but maybe because I’ve been to some seriously good places in the meantime, it didn’t move me the way it used to.. my standards have crept up, that’s all.. Sudeobun in particular is probably what did it..
