Some days you just get a craving for lamb skewers. So off to Sosa I went.
Sosa Station
Why Sosa? Because the West Coast Line has opened. Now that it is running, getting back and forth between Incheon and the Ilsan side has become much easier. So when I was looking for somewhere to meet up in Sosa, it turned out lamb skewers are what the area is known for.
A place like this
What sets this place apart is that the lamb skewers are all-you-can-eat. That said, you are not going to eat that many skewers on their own — the cooked dishes are unlimited too, so the real appeal is being able to order a bit of everything.
The menu
With a menu this big, it is impressive that they actually bring out whatever you order. Bucheon and Sosa seem to have turned into something of a lamb skewer town, with plenty of places worth trying.
Lamb skewers
Nothing special about the skewers themselves. But they taste good when it has been a while.
Disanxian
Potatoes, eggplant and green peppers stir-fried together. The cooking here is decent.
Marinated skewers
A bit spicy, which makes them easy to eat.
Guo bao rou
For an all-you-can-eat place, I almost wonder whether they bring out too much. Anyway, we cleaned our plates. Good value for money.
