BOAZ Bakery on Yangjaecheon

BOAZ is a bakery on Yangjaecheon, and I dropped in while passing by, for no particular reason.

A place like this

Boaz bakery.

The atmosphere really is nice. A place with a strong concept, I would say.

Custard cream Danish

Breads

I went in the afternoon, so there is not much bread left.

Cookies

Rather than authentic breads, it looked like there were a lot of Korean-style ones.

My picks for the day

Boaz bakery.

A green onion croissant, a danish and a baguette. Having tried them, the flavours were not all that impressive. I suspect it is because they use such a wide range of ingredients that the point of each one ends up blurred.. Most people will probably like them anyway, so my opinion is not going to matter much. On top of that the selection is wide and the cafe is spacious and clean, so there is plenty besides taste to make it popular.

DOMA

Boaz bakery.

They sell bread here too..

Double Cheese Squid Ink Ciabatta

Boaz bakery.

I came late, so there was nothing worth buying and I just headed back. Getting to eat good bread is not easy.
