They pack it generously. As I remember it, it tasted better if you added extra gopchang, but it had been so long since my last visit that I completely forgot..

Simmered it up properly

The broth really is clean and refreshing. Among the refreshing-style gopchang jeongol, I think this place might be the top. I’m just glad I can eat it even this way.
