When I think of Gasan, one of my old workplaces was around here, so I got to know the area pretty well. Back then Gasan was a bit smaller than it is now, and I remember Mario Outlet opening and pulling in crowds. These days the buildings have multiplied enormously.
Anyway, the place that had been famous for its food ever since those days is Chuncheonok, and it’s still going strong. Well, it’s delicious, so that’s only natural.
The inside looks roughly like this..
It’s busy, but they do takeout, so takeout is what I got. That way I can eat properly on my own without worrying about anyone watching.
The set
Suyuk (boiled pork) with kimchi and bean sprout soup.
Suyuk
This suyuk really has no dryness and not a hint of off taste to it, it just slides down. Honestly it was too much for one person, but I couldn’t stop halfway. I was stuffed..
Kimchi
Well.. if you want to know what real bossam tastes like, I’d recommend paying a visit. It’s not that there are no other bossam places this good, but there aren’t many, and the price is reasonable too.
