O to U, a bakery in Motomachi, Yokohama

O to U is a really popular spot, so I’d been before, and this time I dropped in once more.

Here’s the place.

The main street of Motomachi is lined with historic old favourites… and since this shop at the very end of Motomachi still counts as Motomachi, it somehow looks rather classy.

The queue here gets long, so you have to make up your mind quickly, but choosing is not easy at all.

Things like the sansho pepper bread were delicious too, but this day I bought bread I could eat straight away in place of a meal.

I like both mackerel and tomato, and it looked good too, so I bought it, but I think it’s better warmed in the oven than eaten as is.
