Ramen Due Edo in Hibiya is a high-end ramen shop I’ve written about once before. It’s a place where I’d love to work my way through the whole menu… but I don’t have that much time…
Menu
Water
Prosciutto and Fromage Ramen
Its defining trait is that it’s a bit on the salty side. The cheese melts into the broth and turns it into an Italian-style soup. Aside from the saltiness, I really liked it.
Ajitama (marinated egg)
Nothing special about this one.
Noodles
The noodles suited the Japan-meets-Italy hybrid concept perfectly.
Rice
Once you finish the noodles, you can order rice…
Risotto
This risotto was the real treat. It also meant I ended up eating a whole lot of carbs…
Fruit Vinegar Seiro Tsukemen
This one was just average. The noodles weren’t bad, but plenty of places make noodles at this level…
