Quiche Yoroizuka in Aoyama

I bought these on a rainy day, so there are no photos of the storefront or the inside, but they were so good that I wanted to post about them anyway. As far as I know, Quiche Yoroizuka has shops at the three-way junction in Aoyama and in Shibuya Hikarie. The quiches are small, but they are not exactly cheap, something like 400 to 500 yen apiece? I had been holding off, wondering if it was just the name value, and then one day it suddenly came to mind and I went and bought some.

quiche yoroizuka

There are savory quiches for a meal and dessert quiches. The dessert ones are only quiches in shape; they are basically on the level of a high-end cake. The mango was really good, though I have a feeling it may have been a limited edition.. The savory ones also had the flavor of each ingredient coming through vividly. I was surprised at how high the level was. One quiche is gone in a single bite, but even so, it was worth the price. Yoroizuka is said to be particular about ingredients, and I guess that is why they taste so good.
