Kuramae probably doesn’t ring a bell for most people, but it’s the station right before Asakusa. It’s not that far on foot either. Lately it’s become known, along with Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, as one of Tokyo’s hip neighborhoods, and I heard there was a chocolate shop from San Francisco here, so I went to check it out.
