I had a meeting that day and went in to work in the afternoon, so I stopped by for a bit on the way. It was the height of summer and I was worried it would be packed, but it was a weekday and I had dodged the busy hours, so it was not to the point of queuing. Still, the place was full inside.

Bibim naengmyeon

I was more in the mood for bibim naengmyeon than mul-naengmyeon. The taste was as good as ever.

Gwangmyeong is awkwardly located, so it is not easy to set aside time to go there on purpose, but thanks to grown-up circumstances I managed to make it safely again this year. Going out on business every now and then is not bad at all.
