Incheon has a lot of Chinese-run Chinese restaurants, and Geummundo is one of them. It is more of a popular everyday place than one that chases flavor, but they do a decent Chinese-style cold noodle dish, so I dropped by again this summer.

I do not like how it comes out too cold, but there is no doubt it is a treat on a hot summer day.

Noodles that go well with the nutty sauce. It is the kind of taste I want about once a year.
Boiled dumplings
These were above average too.
I would not tell you to come from far away because it is so delicious, but if you live nearby, it is a fine place to drop in whenever it comes to mind. If I had more time I would like to go a bit farther afield, but I do not seem to have much of it these days.
