Acqua Pazza, a restaurant in Hiroo, is a place with a really nice feel. Of all the restaurants in Tokyo, it is one that stayed in my memory for a long time after my visit, so I took this chance to go back.

All kinds of vegetables, carefully prepped. Each one tastes surprising and fun in its own way, so eating them is a real pleasure.

No fewer than six different dishes come out. The quality of every single one is excellent.

A thick style of noodle, which is not really my thing. I guess it changes with the season. I wanted to try the other pasta too, but the dishes so far had been more than generous, so I could not manage it.

You can really tell the care that went into it.

The meat itself is not top grade, but the sauce lifts the flavour of the meat right up.

And finally, dessert

Even the dessert was so generous that I was still full by nightfall. It has always been a tasty place, but it seems to have been upgraded a notch. A place like this deserves regular visits.
