Seian Tosyomen
There are plenty of Chinese restaurants around here, but I had no idea which ones were any good, so I just walked into one that looked decent.
Shumai
I ordered these because they are supposed to be the house speciality. Generous portions and the price was reasonable too.
Yaki gyoza
Extra-large gyoza, and probably because they are made by hand, they were bursting with juice.
Tosyomen (knife-cut noodles)
Shoyu ramen broth with knife-cut noodles like kalguksu in it. Apparently you can have ramen noodles instead of the knife-cut ones, and it tasted like a pretty ordinary ramen, so that might be just as good. Next time I will try one with a spicier broth.
