On the morning of day three we had breakfast at the Westin. I’d picked up a tip that the Westin’s breakfast buffet was a bit better,
so we gave it a try, but it was about the same level.
This is a photo I took out by the pool after breakfast.
It must have been around 8 a.m. at this point. It was barely any different from midday in a Korean summer..

The photo came out nicely, but in reality the sunlight was so dazzling I could hardly keep my eyes open. Sunglasses are a must here.

There was a boat mooring right behind the restaurant we went into for lunch. The weather was really lovely that day..
then suddenly a squall hits.
So this is what a tropical rainforest climate is like.. is what I thought.
Still, it clears up soon enough.
Perfect weather for a drive.

In Korea, walk around with a flower in your hair and people will think you’ve lost your mind, but over here lots of young women wear them as decoration.

And so day three went by..
On day four, one way or another, I ended up renting a car and driving around the whole island of Guam.
A Toyota Solara convertible, a really great car. ^_^; Someday when I make lots of money I’m going to buy one myself.
The weather was insanely good that day too, but since I was the one driving, I couldn’t take many photos.

There were more clouds than the day before, so I thought the scenery wouldn’t come out pretty, but it turned out pretty well in its own way ^_^;
And that brings the Guam trip to a close.
