Magok is right by Gimpo Airport, so getting there is really easy, and since it has been redeveloped the whole area looks neat and tidy.

Whether you go to Magok or to Dongtan, the new towns all have a similar feel. There is always a lake, for instance.

They have done a really nice job with it. And because it is done this well, the apartment prices around it keep going up. I came away feeling that new-town real estate really is strong.
