Ah.. the garlic flavor definitely comes through and it is tasty, but these days there are so many similar rotisserie chickens around that it’s hard to say this place is necessarily better. Anyway, for people who have been eating it since way back there must be a taste-of-memory thing going on, but as someone who only tried it for the first time recently, I can’t really tell what makes it better than other garlic rotisserie chicken. Chicken in Korea really does seem to be evolving incredibly fast.
