I heard a dessert shop that is famous in New York had opened up in Apgujeong, so I went to have a look.

When I actually tried it, it was not chocolate but something closer to cake. The structure inside is quite elaborate. But the thing is, there are times you want chocolate and times you want cake.. and this one does not belong to either, so I could not work out when or how it is best to eat it.. Well.. so a taste like this exists too.. and I do not think I will be going back..
