Ujak Seolleongtang is a seolleongtang place that’s pretty famous around here. It’s got 30 years of history behind it, too. I had no idea a place like this existed in Gangnam.
A place like this
It’s down in the basement.
The kitchen
The inside is pretty spacious as well.
Inside
Even at this late hour it’s full of people. Which just goes to show how popular it is.
Takeout
It comes with spring onion and seasoning sauce. A shame no kkakdugi comes with it.
Ujak jintang
The broth has a deep garlic aroma, and on top of that it’s not just lean meat — it’s packed with all sorts of cuts like dogani (beef knee cartilage), which makes it a lot of fun to eat.. I really enjoyed every bit of it. No wonder it’s this popular.
