The tin is really pretty, and that Pierre Hermé old-man illustration seems to be turning up all over the place these days.

Jangin yakgwa
If you buy a cupcake, they throw in a yakgwa for free. Buying it this way costs a bit more, but it turned out to be the quickest way to get hold of one.

Maybe it’s because it wasn’t made fresh.. I couldn’t really tell much difference from an ordinary yakgwa. I should go and try some other yakgwa.

The saltiness of the pollock roe seems to go really well with the butter.
