This one is tasty too, though the cinnamon really comes through. I suspect that’s this shop’s signature touch.

It was beautifully made, but it slumped a little on the way home.

Built like this, it can’t not be good… and there are plenty of cake shops at this level here now. At this point it feels like we’ve passed Japan.
