Kyushu Netchuya is a well-known chain. They have branches all over central Tokyo. I happened to wander into one.
Oshibori
Apparently it’s a place where the mackerel, the gyoza and the shochu are all good.

Half a mackerel
Seriously fresh. The taste is good, but… this is sliced literally paper-thin. A few pieces and it’s gone.
Torikawa
The cooking is excellent here too, but the portion is a bit… well, I’ve confirmed this is a popular izakaya, so it’s on to the next place.
