I’d always assumed you couldn’t get into Costco without a membership.. turns out that’s not quite true. You can get in with a gift certificate. Only members can buy those certificates, but they’re sold online too. Buying in bulk makes them a bit cheaper.. I had a few things to pick up, so I ordered some online and it worked out fine. If you only shop there once in a while, this seems like a good way to do it.

Haedeurim chive-and-pork sundae

Before going to Costco I searched around for what would be good to buy, and a lot of people recommended this sundae. Having tried it.. it’s tasty. The sundae itself is a bit on the greasy side, but even allowing for that, the balance with the vegetables is good.

There was a lot of it, so I’d throw some in when I made ramyeon. It’s frozen, so it isn’t amazingly good, but there’s plenty of it to eat.

These are good for picking at one at a time too.
