There is a restaurant near Gyodae Station called Hwanggeumkongbat that is famous for its tofu. I had been wanting to try it, but with the times being what they are I never got around to it, until I found out they do takeout and paid them a visit.

The tofu is nutty and delicious. They do it well.

The ingredients are genuinely fresh and it tastes great. The pork, for one, did not have the slightest off-taste. This is a place that puts real care into its food, so there is no way it could taste bad.
