There’s a bunsik shop in Apgujeong called Food 2900, and I’d heard the sausage gimbap there is supposed to be really good, so I went to check it out.

Pretty spacious in here.

And this thing is genuinely delicious. I have no idea what sausage they use, but the balance is just so good.

This one was all volume and not much flavour.

Apparently it was on Wednesday Food Talk..

It’s funny enough that gimbap got them onto Wednesday Food Talk, but the gimbap being this good is the impressive part.
