This was my second visit to I PHO U.

As expected, this really is a great noodle place.
Fritters
I ordered these as a side and the quality is good. I don’t think there are many places in Gangnam this good for a casual meal somewhere stylish. Maybe it is the prices, but not having to queue is an advantage, if you want to call it one.
