I was walking past izumi when I noticed some curious new items on the menu.
Look closely and you’ll spot a Sachertorte.

Sachertorte
It is a very dense cake that keeps well even at room temperature. A rich, properly European-style Sachertorte.. though now that I am getting older, cakes like this are not so easy to get through.. It would make a good gift for someone who loves tea.
