Sogong Sundae is a sundaeguk place right in front of Woojung Yanggopchang.

Well… it didn’t really look like business was booming.

Decent enough to eat.

The taste isn’t bad, but the location being what it is, I’m not sure it’ll do well. I also doubt it has enough going for it to make anyone come from far away…
