While scrolling through Instagram I spotted a stylish dessert shop that had opened in Garosu-gil.
A place like this..
The name Shoto has to come from shortcake – shooto keeki, the way the Japanese say it.

They do a proper, classic strawberry shortcake. And the squirrel on it is cute.

Lovely atmosphere. Dessert cafes here just keep getting better.
