Tante Marie built its name on camembert cheese, and it turns out the main shop is in the Oazo building in Marunouchi.
The front entrance
The mood is pretty classic. Photos inside aren’t allowed, so I only shot the exterior.
Savarin
Plenty of rum in there. It has to be this generous to taste good.
Camembert cheese
It was more cheese than cake, really.. I liked it, and it feels like it would work as a snack with wine too. I had no idea such a classic dessert shop was right nearby.. There are plenty of interesting places once you go looking.
