I went to RAPL, the place famous for its apple pies.

They call it an apple pie, but it’s really a variation on the chausson aux pommes.

I tried it in the food court.

Nice and piping hot. The difference from a regular chausson aux pommes seems to be that there’s a lot more custard cream inside. Anyway, it’s not easy to get a chausson aux pommes this hot, so I can see why RAPL is so popular.
