The name Tokyo Craft Brewery might not ring a bell.. it’s a local craft beer brewery and beer pub in Asakusa, run directly by Asahi. Turns out they’ve opened a branch in Hamamatsucho.
The entrance..
It’s right next door to Niku no Iroha..
A quick look at the menu..
Snacks made for beer.

The problem is that it’s awkward to order for one. It felt like the kind of place you need at least three or four people for.

An explanation of their craft highballs
I ordered a glass of Weizen, which I love more than anything.
Ahh.. the otoshi (table-charge appetizer) was tasty too.
And a simple potato salad..
Perfect as a light beer snack.
But eating like this turned out really expensive.. with the seating charge it came to about 2,000 yen, I think.. Not the kind of place you drop in for a quick beer.. It makes me miss the cafe by the Sumida River..
