Samojib is the place the film Burning introduced as having the best gopchang jeongol (beef intestine hot pot) in Seoul. It was a great place to begin with, of course..

Let it come to a good boil and
you get a gopchang jeongol with a wonderfully refreshing broth. The first time I boiled it the gopchang was a bit chewy, but from the second round on a rich, deep broth came out. It has every right to be in the conversation for the best in Seoul.
