I had a reason to eat in Cheongdam-dong, and a regular of this place led me to Katsuro.

Tonkatsu
In Japan I only eat SPF-pork tonkatsu, so it had been a long time since I’d had regular tonkatsu.. but for Korea, this level has to count as doing it well. Very satisfying.
Salt
The owner seems quite active on social media. Looks like they recently opened an izakaya called Sugitama too.. I rarely have a reason to go to Cheongdam, but I’m thinking this year might bring a few chances to drop by.
