There is a place that ranks near the top of the Hamamatsucho ramen rankings, so I went to check it out.
Tonkotsu
Pretty good. It is up there with the famous places.
The noodles
These days everyone does it well, so unless a place has a bit more personality, it is hard to justify going out of your way for it.
