Shinbashi has a few shops famous for their ramen, and this is one of them.
It sits in an incredibly narrow alley.
It is hard enough to find as it is, and with construction going on it was even harder to track down.
Ramen
They are known for their tori paitan, but I went with the niboshi. The broth was clean and refreshing.
The noodles
High level stuff. These days you can find a shop this good just about anywhere in Tokyo, which is reassuring.
