After wandering around a while, I headed over to Kondae for a meal.

I’d heard Goheung Sundae does a roaring trade, and having gone myself, it really does seem to be doing incredibly well. For a start the portions are excellent, and a soju plus a sundae-guk comes to under 10,000 won. The broth has no off-flavors and the meat is generous. No wonder it’s popular with the university students. It’s not a destination restaurant, but if I ever need a meal around there, it’ll be the first place that comes to mind.
