There’s a caramel specialty shop in Harajuku called NUMBER SUGAR. Maybe because it’s so easy to get to, plenty of people from Korea have already been, and it gets recommended a lot on Instagram in particular.

Spacious and clean.
What matters is the taste, though.. and it wasn’t at a level that blew me away, but the raspberry caramel was good. Honestly, I’d rather go back to Occitanial.
