A branch of the famous naengmyeon place from Pangyo has opened in Yeoksam. A very welcome spot where you can drink from lunchtime on.

It may be Yeoksam, but it’s in front of Sports World, so it’s quite a walk from the station.

You can order every dish as a half portion, so you get to try a bit of everything. Nice as simple drinking snacks. Of course none of them is at a top-restaurant level on its own, but for day drinking this is plenty.

Half naengmyeon

I’d eaten a lot of snacks, so I ordered the half size, but it was so good I regretted not just going for the full bowl.

If you’re after perfection here, the right move is to eat only the naengmyeon and leave, but if you want to enjoy day drinking over lots of small dishes, there are very few places like this in Gangnam. And since the naengmyeon is so good, I have nothing more to ask for.
