I’d heard that the cheese-shaped cheesecake at La Douce in Hongdae was good, so I went to check it out. Whenever something’s trending, I never fail to rush over..
The building
Nice atmosphere. Though the crowd is so overwhelmingly female that a guy on his own needs a fair bit of courage to walk in.

After takeout
Since it looks like cheese, I expected a rich cheesy flavour, but it wasn’t that intense. Still tasty, though. I’d thought the Hongdae/Hapjeong area was all washed up, but shops like this keep popping up.
