I’d been hearing about Buam Galbi in Incheon for ages, and then I happened to have business nearby. It’s not really a place you’d go out of your way for.
The grill
We went in right as they opened, and it looked like it would fill up in no time.

The meat
Good quality, about on par with Seongsan Wang Galbi. When it’s this good, I can understand the slightly high price and the queues.
Cooking up nicely.
Egg rolls too
Rice as well.
There are a lot more good pork places around these days, but this one still has its charm. Given the location, though, I’m not sure I’ll be back.
