I went to check out Blue Ribbon Delights in Apgujeong. It’s basically a corner of a cosmetics store called Belport turned into a cafe plus dessert counter.

Easy to find. It was much bigger than I’d expected.

Nicely done. They had Meringue Meringue, Oliver Sweet and plenty more. Off to one side there was also a section selling not just desserts but caviar and other foodstuffs.

From what I heard, there surprisingly aren’t many dedicated dessert shops around Apgujeong. Come to think of it, nothing really springs to mind. The cafe space is roomy and pleasant to use too. If you’re wandering around the area wondering where to go, don’t hesitate, just try this place. It’s spacious but there’s hardly anyone there, so it’s quiet and relaxing.
