Gaienmae is near Harajuku and Aoyama. Close if you call it close, far if you call it far. I heard a tiny crepe shop had opened in this neighbourhood, and the reviews were good, so I decided to go check it out.

As I recall, the pastry chef came from NARISAWA. So the skills are a given.
Roughly this kind of location..
It was really tricky to find without a map. There are no other dessert shops nearby either. Harajuku is famous for crepes, but it is a bit of a walk from here.
A crepe and a shot of rum
It was an upscale dessert that goes well with liquor, breaking all the usual crepe conventions. Delicious, but the location is such a hassle that I am not sure I will be back. Maybe they should open a chain..
The Apple Store in Omotesando
I had no idea this stunning space had opened. The architecture is a work of art.
