Woosin Seolleongtang is a mild-style seolleongtang place in Sinsa-dong. The food is decent and it is close to my habitat, so I have liked it for ages, and lately, for various reasons, I have been dropping by even more often.
Kimchi
Not bad. Tastes good dropped into the seolleongtang broth too.
Chili peppers
They are spicy, so I do not end up eating many.
Seolleongtang
The broth is on the clean side. If you prefer a heartier style, Yeongdong Seolleongtang would be the better choice. Both the broth and the meat are of a decent standard, so one of these days I would love to order suyuk (boiled beef) and have a glass of soju with it, but that is easier said than done. Well, sooner or later a day will come when I go there for hangover soup.
