Hanabusa is a Japanese restaurant that is popular for its great-value lunch. Autumn had arrived -_- and I was missing the aroma of matsutake mushrooms, so I went with a certain gourmet friend.

We ordered the pricey matsutake dobin-mushi course, and all sorts of things came out.

Autumn sanma tastes.. well.. just killer.. The problem is that it does not taste like this unless it is fresh..

What is inside
The hamo (pike conger) and matsutake inside look beautiful. The aroma is a work of art.
Zenzai for dessert
An almost perfect autumn lunch. And he even treated me! I am sure things will go well for you after you go back to Korea!
